Open the Ratiborus KMS Tools folder and launch the KMSTools.exe file. I've entered the product key and activation key. Extract the downloaded Ratiborus KMS Tools to a convenient folder on your hard drive. I've installed the Office 2013 KMS Host on a Windows 2008 R2 server that has been happily activating Windows 7 and Office 2010 for a few years. I cannot get new Office 2013 clients to activate.
